A Letter to You  I reached out for you again last night.  On the edge of sleep, not really awake, I find you.  Its fleeting, and lasts but moments.  I sometimes wonder, if I had made different choices in my past, would it have made any difference to the present.  I don't know if I would be holding you now, and if I was, would it be right. Hello, GoodbyeThe best stories, are those that begin with hello, and end in goodbye.   That is what I'd like to do, if or when I make it to an age where my worth can no longer be weighed, and strength given to younger men.   
     For stories, I believe, are the greatest of teachers.  I have never been to a class, or had an instructor, that I have learned more from the material, then his personal tales and experience.  For thats what gives it life, and makes it real, a tangible thing.

My PreludeThe cold, crystal air caught their breath and held it, before releasing it into the waning dusk of the snow covered forest. Feet flew across the frozen ground, with a hurried pace tempered by the need to keep their tracks hidden from sight. Carefully muffled packs and weapons jostled the two wary travelers as they made for a destination far outside the range of vision.   “Wait a moment, I think we’ve lost them.” Huffed the smaller form. There is nothing good about dust. Nothing. I mean, it freaking gets everywhere. And if there is a way to use italics on this goofy journal, someone please tell me, as I am obviously not smart enough to figure it out for myself.
